Built with Super Defense casing, the tire includes a strong 6-layer double carcass for enhanced puncture resistance, stability under heavy loads, and secure cornering. The Addix compound delivers a balanced performance with grip, rolling resistance, and durability. The E-50 rating confirms suitability for e-bike use.
The tread has large interlocking center blocks for a wide contact patch and smaller side blocks to improve grip in corners, on wet roads, and uneven terrain. The tire is a 26 x 2.60 inch clincher with a wire bead, weighs 1320 grams, and features a reflective sidewall for added visibility. It is produced using recycled carbon black as part of Schwalbe’s tire recycling process.
