The K-Guard puncture protection layer consists of natural rubber reinforced with Kevlar fibers to help prevent flats caused by road debris. The tire’s tread pattern promotes good self-cleaning in snowy slush, maintaining traction on wet or snowy surfaces. The grooved profile of the studs enhances grip during cornering and braking.
This 26 x 1.85-inch clincher tire has a wire bead and weighs 1000 grams. It is black with reflective detail and rated E-25 for e-bike compatibility. The tire’s winter compound stays flexible in cold temperatures to provide reliable traction. The tire has a 50 TPI casing and is intended for touring and hybrid use.
