The Schwalbe Rick XC Pro is a 29 x 2.40 mountain tire designed for cross-country riding. It features a folding bead and a 67 TPI carcass for improved suppleness and rolling efficiency. The tire has a versatile tread pattern with closely spaced center knobs for low rolling resistance on hardpack trails, and more aggressive side knobs to enhance cornering control. Made with Schwalbe’s Speed compound, it offers a fast, responsive ride with reliable grip and good damping. Reinforced tread and sidewalls provide flat protection, including a strengthened transition between center and shoulder knobs for SnakeBite resistance. This tubeless-ready clincher tire is suitable for e-bikes and weighs 760 grams. It fits a 29-inch diameter rim with a width range of 2.30 to 2.60 inches. Developed in collaboration with Olympic silver medalist Mathias Fluckiger, the Rick XC Pro balances speed, grip, and durability for varied mountain terrain.
