This bundle includes two Schwalbe Shredda Front Tires, each sized 29 x 2.50 inches. These tubeless-ready folding tires are part of the Evolution Line, featuring Gravity Pro radial carcass technology and Addix Ultra Soft compound.
The radial carcass design increases the contact area with the ground by approximately 30% compared to conventional tires at the same air pressure, providing more grip, comfort, and control. Even with increased air pressure, the contact area remains larger than traditional tires. The carcass material overlaps for a shorter time with less tension, allowing the tire to flex and adapt to uneven terrain without sacrificing control.
Each tire has a tread pattern optimized for the radial carcass, with many lugs for maximum grip and durability. The closed and round profile offers consistent control and continuous grip, especially on hard-packed terrain. This design allows the tire to deform precisely, improving traction.
These tires are designed for mountain and downhill use and are suitable for e-bikes. They feature flat protection on both the tread and sidewall. The tires weigh 1530 grams each and have a 67 TPI casing. The recommended air pressure is 38 PSI.
