Description
This bundle includes two Schwalbe Tacky Chan Gravity Mountain Tires, each sized 29 x 2.40 inches. These folding, tubeless-ready clincher tires feature a soft compound and diagonal construction with 2×50 TPI casing. Designed specifically for downhill and enduro mountain biking, the Tacky Chan provides excellent grip, control, and durability on loose, muddy, and technical terrain.
The tires use Schwalbe’s heavy-duty Gravity casing to offer maximum stability, puncture resistance, and control on steep, rough trails. Their aggressive tread pattern ensures high-speed cornering, braking stability, and effective self-cleaning in wet conditions. The tread design also helps maintain reasonable rolling resistance for versatility across varied terrain.
Additional features include long braking edges for later braking points and an open shoulder area that improves feedback and self-cleaning. The tires offer flat protection on both tread and sidewalls and are suitable for e-bike use. Each tire weighs approximately 1395 grams and supports a maximum pressure of 50 PSI. The tires are black in color and compatible with mountain and downhill riding.
