Description
The SLX RD-M7100 series of derailleurs deliver advanced shifting performance with decreased tension in the low gear position and an added bumper on the pulley cage. Larger 13t pulleys increase efficiency and chain management while compatibility with Shimano’s 12-speed cassettes boosts range.
- Advanced, fast and shockless shifting performance, provides confidence to enjoy any trail
- 12-Speed with an extra wide 10-51t range features HYPERGLIDE+ technology to provide a quiet drivetrain in all gear positions
- Designed to decrease rear derailleur and chain tension in low gear by utilizing a bumper structure at the pulley cage to reduce impact shock by absorbing chain impact on aggressive terrain
- Low-profile Shimano Shadow RD+ technology offers less distraction and a quiet drivetrain by using a stablizer to reduces chain slap for a simple solution for chain drop
- The Shadow RD+ low-profile design also improves durability and saves the derailleur from damage in a narrow passage
- Stronger return spring allows a crisper shifting feeling
