Description
The Spank SPANK 359 Front Wheel is a hand-built, high-performance wheel designed to A-Class specifications. It features a 32-hole, 29-inch rim with a 15/20×110 Boost spacing and is finished in black. The wheel has a moderately low 19mm profile height and a 30.5mm inner width, making it versatile for tires ranging from 2.0″ to 2.6″, including plus-size tires without compromising tire profile shape.
The wheel uses a SPANK Hex Drive hub, known for delivering lightweight performance trusted by professionals in the Enduro World Series. Its design balances radial compliance-improving traction and ride comfort over bumps-with high lateral stiffness for precise and predictable handling. Bead Bite tubeless hooks enhance tubeless setup reliability and tire security, even at lower pressures.
The rim is tubeless ready with taped and Presta valve compatibility. The build includes triple-butted J-hook spokes with brass external nipples and a 3-cross lacing pattern for strength and durability. The wheel is compatible with a range of SPANK adapters and service kits for the Hex J-Type and Hex Straight Pull front hubs.
Recommended for various riding styles including all-mountain, trail, enduro, freeride, downhill, gravel, cross-country, and suitable for e-bike adaptation when paired with the appropriate SPANK HEX DRIVE steel freehub (sold separately).
