Description
The Spank SPANK 359 Vibrocore Front Wheel features a 32-hole, 27.5″ alloy rim with a 30.5mm inner width and a 19mm profile height. It is built with SPANK’s award-winning Vibrocore technology, which enhances torsional strength, lateral stiffness, and reduces vibration for a smoother ride and improved rim durability. The rim supports tire sizes from 2.0″ to 2.6″ and wider tires without squaring off.
This wheel is hand-built to A-Class specifications with triple-butted J-hook spokes and brass external nipples, using a 3-cross lacing pattern. It includes a SPANK Hex J-Type hub with Boost 15×110 and 20×110 spacing options. The bead bite tubeless hooks improve tubeless setup and tire security at lower pressures. It comes tubeless taped and valved with a Presta valve.
Designed for heavy riders and aggressive riding styles, this wheel is trusted by professional downhill and freeride riders. It is ASTM 5 classified and suitable for all-mountain, trail, enduro, freeride, downhill, gravel, cross-country, and e-bike use (when adapted with the separately available SPANK Hex Drive steel freehub).
Compatible front adapters include Boost F15/20 and various Hex 32 front hub adapters and conversion kits. Service kits for the HEX 32 front hub are also available separately.
