Description
The Spank 359 Vibrocore Rear Wheel features a 32-hole, 29″ alloy rim with a 30.5mm inner width and 19mm profile height. It is hand-built to A-Class specifications and uses the SPANK HEX Drive Hub with a 102-tooth, 6-pawl ratchet system providing 3.5 degrees of engagement for quick engagement. The rim includes SPANK’s Vibrocore technology, which enhances torsional strength, lateral stiffness, and reduces vibration for improved ride comfort and durability.
This rear wheel is designed for use with 148mm Boost spacing and a Microspline freehub body. It supports tubeless tire setups with bead bite tubeless hooks, accommodating tire widths from 2.0″ to 2.6″ and larger without compromising tire profile.
The wheel is built with triple-butted J-Hook spokes, brass external nipples, and a 3-cross lacing pattern. It includes a Presta valve and comes tubeless taped and valved.
Compatible with various SPANK rear adapters and service kits, this wheel suits applications from all-mountain, trail, enduro, freeride, downhill, gravel, XC, to e-bike (when paired with the SPANK HEX Drive steel freehub). It is designed especially for heavier riders and aggressive riding styles.
