Description
The Spank SPANK SPIKE 369 Vibrocore FRONT Wheel is a 27.5″ front wheel designed with a 32-hole, 15/20×110 Boost hub spacing. It features a low-profile alloy rim reinforced with Spank’s Vibrocore technology, which enhances torsional strength and lateral stiffness for a smooth, responsive ride. The rim uses a hollow bead wall design to improve lateral and vertical strength while reducing pinch flats and increasing impact resistance.
The rim has a 19mm profile height and a 30.5mm inner width, supporting tire sizes from 2.0″ to 2.6″ and allowing use of plus-size tires without tire squaring. The radial compliance of the rim improves traction and comfort by reducing vibration transfer to the rider and suspension. The wheel is hand-built to A-Class specifications and includes a SPANK Hex Drive J-type hub with triple-butted J-hook spokes, brass external nipples, and 3-cross lacing.
Bead Bite tubeless hooks enhance tire security for tubeless setups at lower pressures. This wheel is suitable for all-mountain, trail, enduro, freeride, downhill, gravel, cross-country, and E-bike use when adapted with the appropriate SPANK Hex Drive steel freehub (sold separately). It is designed to accommodate a range of rider weights and impact levels, particularly suited for heavier riders and heavy-impact riding styles. Tubeless taped and valved with a Presta valve, this wheel pairs with several Spank rear wheels, including the Spike 369 Vibrocore and Spike 359 Vibrocore models.
