It features a hand-built 32-hole, 30.5mm inner width alloy rim with a 19mm profile height, suited for tire sizes from 2.0″ to 2.6″ and compatible with plus-size tires.
The wheel is built around the new SPANK HEX Drive Hub, which offers a 102-tooth, 6-pawl ratchet engagement for a quick 3.5-degree instant pickup. The hub is made from CNC-optimized forged alloy and includes a 6-bolt disc mount. The low-profile rim uses Spank’s Vibrocore technology to enhance torsional strength and lateral stiffness, reducing vibration for improved comfort and durability.
This wheel is hand-built to A-Class specifications and features a hollow bead wall design to increase lateral and vertical strength, improving impact resistance and reducing the chance of pinch flats. Radial compliance in the rim improves traction over rough terrain while maintaining predictable handling. Tubeless-ready bead hooks secure the tire at lower pressures.
