The SRAM XG-1299 Eagle Cassette is a 12-speed cassette designed for XD driver compatibility. It features a 10-52 tooth range, providing a broad 520% gear range that allows riders to use larger chainrings for increased top-end speed without sacrificing climbing ability. The cassette uses SRAM’s X-Dome architecture, which involves a hollow, CNC-machined single block of steel, resulting in a lightweight, stiff, and durable drivetrain component. This design also improves mud clearance and ensures precise shifting. The cassette is finished with a rainbow coating and weighs 374 grams. It is suitable for e-bikes and is backwards compatible with existing Eagle upgrade options.
