The Surly Petite Porteur House Bag is designed to work with the Surly 8-Pack Rack and similar porteur-style front racks. It attaches easily using three adjustable straps. The bag features a roll-top closure, a structured body for stability, and multiple webbing loops for attaching lights and lashing straps. It includes two One-Wrap straps and one accessory bungee to secure loads of varying shapes and sizes.
The bag offers five compartments: a large main compartment, one large front pocket, and two smaller pockets in the back. It has an 11-liter volume and a weight capacity of 25 pounds-please check your rack’s weight limits before use.
Made from 1680D nylon with a 400D nylon liner, the bag and its hardware are bluesign Approved, indicating sustainable production with low environmental impact. The bag measures 275 x 190 x 240 mm when rolled and 275 x 190 x 400 mm when unrolled. It is black in color, has a roll-top access style, and weighs 726 grams. Note that the bag is not waterproof.
