This special-edition Surly Steamroller frameset honors 20 years of the Blue Lug bike shop in Japan, featuring paint and graphics designed in collaboration with the Blue Lug team. The frameset is made from 100% Surly 4130 chromoly steel with a double-butted main triangle and TIG welding. It includes a 1-1/8″ threadless chromoly steel fork with brazed construction.
Designed for street riding, the Steamroller suits fixed gear or single speed setups. It features road bike geometry combined with track bike elements such as 120mm rear spacing, track-legal bottom bracket height, and compatibility with track cranks. The frame and fork are powder coated for durability and treated with E.D. coating to resist rust.
