Description
This bundle includes two Teravail Rutland Gen 2 tires, size 700 x 40. Designed for gravel riding, these tubeless-ready clincher tires feature a durable black folding bead construction. The tread combines tightly spaced center lugs for low rolling resistance with larger, widely spaced shoulder and transition lugs for reliable grip on loose terrain.
The tires have a 120 TPI casing that provides a smoother, more comfortable ride while enhancing grip and durability. The casing offers flat protection on both the tread and sidewall, helping to prevent punctures and abrasion. The fast compound reduces rolling resistance, making these tires quick rolling.
Recommended rim internal width is 21-29mm, with an optimal width of 27mm. Please verify rim compatibility before installation. The tires are rated for a maximum pressure of 50 PSI and weigh approximately 545 grams each.
