Description
The Vision METRON RS 45 DISC Wheelset includes both front and rear wheels designed for 700C / 622 road bikes. Each wheel features full carbon rims with a 45mm depth and an internal width of 23mm, optimized for tubeless-ready clincher tires. The rims have an external width of 31.1mm.
Spokes are aero bladed carbon with a 2:1 spoke pattern, using 21 spokes in the front and 24 in the rear, secured by ABS self-locking nipples. The wheels are hand-built with precision, combining advanced carbon technology and manufacturing processes.
Hubs feature Vision’s P.R.S. technology with a helical clutch ratchet providing 72 teeth for faster 5-degree engagement and enhanced durability. The front hub uses a 12mm thru-axle at 100mm spacing, while the rear hub uses a 12mm thru-axle at 142mm spacing and is compatible with SRAM XDR cassettes. Bearings include six sealed cartridge units (2 front, 4 rear).
These center-lock disc brake compatible wheels weigh a total of 1290 grams per pair and come in black color. Valves are Presta, medium length (41-55mm). The wheelset is suited for riders seeking performance-focused, lightweight carbon wheels with aerodynamic features.
