The Vittoria Air-Liner Light Tubeless Insert is designed specifically for gravel tires sized 700 x 37-40mm. It offers an ultralight puncture protection solution that reinforces the tire sidewall while allowing the tread to ride on air. This insert reduces rotational mass above the bead and improves tire stability and grip at lower pressures. It prevents punctures by progressively absorbing impacts to eliminate rim strikes and snake bites. The insert maintains tire shape during cornering and under lateral loads, preventing tire flop or folding. It can expand after a flat and be run flat if needed. A valve is included. Suitable for rims 25-30mm wide, the Air-Liner Light weighs 40g and is sold individually.
