Description
The Vittoria Air-Liner Light Tubeless Insert is designed for road tires sized 700 x 38-42mm. This ultralight insert reduces rotational mass and reinforces the tire sidewall while allowing the tread to maintain contact with the road. It provides improved grip and greater tire stability at lower pressures, preventing the tire from folding or flopping during cornering or under lateral loads. The insert helps prevent punctures by progressively absorbing impacts to avoid rim strikes and snake bites when riding over rough terrain or sharp edges. It fits rims with an internal width of 23-28mm and includes a valve. Weighing 35g, this insert enhances tire performance and reduces the risk of burping, allowing for a safer run-flat experience.
