Description
The Vittoria Air-Liner Tubeless Insert for Cyclocross (31-33mm) is an ultralight puncture protection solution designed for gravel tires. Its lightweight construction reduces rotational mass above the bead while reinforcing the sidewall, allowing the tread to ride directly on air. This design keeps the contact patch responsive on uneven terrain and stable during cornering, preventing the tire from folding under lateral loads.
The insert helps prevent punctures by progressively absorbing impacts, reducing rim strikes and snake bites when riding aggressively or over rough edges. It can expand after a flat and is capable of being run flat.
Included is one insert and a 60mm Vittoria Multiway Tubeless valve, compatible with both 5-way and 3-way valves. The Air-Liner is designed for use with 700×31-33mm tubeless tires and multiway tubeless valves only and should be used with sealant (preferably without ammonia). It enhances rim and tire protection, allows for lower tire pressures, and provides run-flat capability to ensure you can get home safely.
