Description
The Wheel Factory Stan’s Crest MK4 Wheel is a 29″ rear wheel designed for Micro Spline cassettes with a 12x142mm rear axle spacing. It features a 25mm wide aluminum asymmetric rim optimized for tires ranging from 40mm gravel to 2.3″ mountain bike tires. The rim uses Bead Socket Technology (BST) Asymmetric design, which balances resistance to dents and improves tire bead retention on both sides, enhancing durability in rough terrain and hard cornering.
The wheel is built with DT Swiss Competition double-butted spokes (2.0/1.8/2.0) and alloy DT Swiss Squorx nipples, hand laced and trued in the USA. It includes a DT Swiss 370 LN hub compatible with all Ratchet LN FHB bodies and DT’s 36 and 54 POE ratchet upgrade options. The wheel supports 6-bolt disc brakes and is tubeless-ready. It weighs 955 grams and comes in black.
