Description
The Wolf Tooth ALT Performance XC Clipless Pedals in Raw Silver are designed for trail and gravel riding. These pedals weigh 326 grams and have a thin 16mm profile, offering a low stack height and a larger platform area of 534 mm for improved control and power transfer. Their open center design helps shed mud better than other SPD-compatible pedals.
These pedals are fully compatible with SPD cleats and come with Wolf Tooth cleats, shims, and bolts included. They feature a fixed Q factor of 55 mm, 5 degrees of float, and 12 degrees of release. The axle and bearing design are proven systems taken from Waveform Aluminum Pedals.
Constructed from forged and post-machined aluminum with chromoly steel axle and binding cage, these pedals are durable and reliable. Designed and tested in Minnesota, USA, they work with all standard cranks using 9/16-20 tpi threads.
For maintenance, it is recommended to apply oil to the rear binding every 50 hours of riding or if clipping in and out becomes difficult, and to use WT-G Precision Bike Grease on pedal threads before installation. Replacement parts and service guides are available through Wolf Tooth’s Right to Repair program.
