Description
The Wolf Tooth Waveform Performance Platform Pedal in red is designed for all-mountain riding, from trail to downhill and bike park laps. It features a large 112mm by 106mm aluminum platform shaped to fit your shoe footprint, with a slim dual-concave profile that is 16mm thick around the edges and 13.5mm thick in the center to cradle your foot securely. Each side has nine 4.5mm steel rear-loading pins for excellent traction, and the pins can be removed or replaced using a 3mm hex tool. Four extra grip pins are included.
The pedal axle is made from hard chrome-plated chromoly steel and uses three high-precision, low-friction sealed cartridge bearings with an inboard igus bushing. A custom radial seal protects the internal parts from water, dirt, and debris for reliable performance in all conditions. The tapered leading edge helps deflect pedal strikes on rough terrain. The pedals fit all cranks with standard 9/16-20 threads, except some kid’s or vintage bikes with smaller threads.
The pedals are fully serviceable with common hex keys and come with installation recommendations and replacement parts available separately. The total weight is 384 grams.
