The Wolf Tooth CTRL Trail Clipless Pedals offer dual-sided clip-in functionality designed specifically for all-mountain riding. Featuring a large 941 mm platform, these pedals provide excellent shoe contact and secure engagement with Shimano SPD-compatible cleats, which are included.
Constructed with a 6061-T6 aluminum body in ultraviolet purple, the pedals are thinner (15 mm) and lighter (326 g) than comparable models, enhancing cornering clearance and reducing weight. The stainless steel binding cage and hardware add durability, while the heat-treated 17-4 PH stainless steel axle includes a proven bearing design shared with Waveform Aluminum Pedals.
The pedals have an adjustable Q factor with settings at 51, 55, and 59 mm, allowing riders to customize stance width by rearranging spacers and bearings inside the pedal. Additional 2 mm spacers are available separately for further fine-tuning. Pedals ship set at the 55 mm Q factor.
Other features include 5 degrees of float and 12 degrees of release angle for smooth clip-in/out performance. The open center design helps with mud shedding. These pedals fit standard 9/16″-20 tpi crank arms and are incompatible with some children’s and vintage bike crank threads.
Recommended maintenance includes applying Wolf Tooth Precision Bike Grease to pedal threads before installation and lubricating the rear binding every 50 hours or as needed.
Made in Minnesota, USA, these pedals come with cleats, shims, and bolts and support Wolf Tooth’s Right to Repair program with available replacement parts and service guides.
