The Wolf Tooth CTRL Trail Performance Clipless Pedals are designed for all-mountain riding, offering precise clip-in and clip-out performance. These dual-sided pedals feature a large 965 mm platform that securely contacts and locks in your shoe for better control. With a thin profile of 16 mm, they provide improved cornering clearance and include an open center between the binding cages to help shed mud. Weighing 341 grams per pair, they are lighter than comparable pedals.
Constructed with a forged and CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum body in orange, the pedals have a hard chrome-plated chromoly steel axle and binding cage. Inside, three low-friction cartridge bearings and an igus bushing with a custom radial seal protect the internal components from debris. They have a fixed Q factor of 55 mm, offer 5 degrees of float and 12 degrees of release, and use a proven axle and bearing design from Waveform Aluminum Pedals.
Compatible with Shimano SPD cleats, the pedals come with Wolf Tooth cleats, shims, and bolts included. They fit standard crankarms with 9/16-20 tpi right- and left-hand threads. Regular maintenance is recommended for optimal performance, including applying oil to the rear binding every 50 hours of riding and grease to the pedal threads before installation.
