The Wolf Tooth DEL Gravel Race Clipless Pedals are single-sided pedals designed specifically for gravel racing. Made from CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum in ultraviolet purple, they weigh 216 grams per pair. These pedals feature a large 611 mm platform for efficient power transfer and a connected feel similar to road pedals.
They are compatible with Shimano SPD cleats, and Wolf Tooth cleats, shims, and bolts are included. The pedals have a stainless steel axle and binding cage, with a proven axle and bearing design derived from Waveform Aluminum Pedals. The axle is heat-treated 17-4 PH stainless steel.
The DEL Gravel pedals offer an adjustable Q factor with settings at 51 mm, 55 mm (default shipping position), and 59 mm, adjustable in 4 mm increments using spacers and bearings that can be rearranged at home. A spacer kit sold separately allows further fine-tuning to 53 mm and 57 mm. The pedal body thickness is 14.7 mm, thinner and lighter than comparable models.
Additional features include 5 degrees of float and 12 degrees of release angle. These pedals fit all standard crankarms with 9/16-20 tpi right- and left-hand threads; some kids’ and vintage bikes may have incompatible threads.
Recommended maintenance includes applying WT-G Precision Bike Grease to the pedal threads before installation and regularly oiling the rear binding every 50 hours of riding or if clipping in/out becomes difficult.
