Description
The Wolf Tooth Floating Axle for Fox Suspension Forks in Raw Silver is designed to provide a strong and precise connection between your front hub and Fox 36 or 38 series forks (2021 and newer) with 15x110mm boost hub spacing. It features a hollow head optimized to remove excess material from the oversized 21mm diameter head required by Fox forks, maintaining strength and durability without added weight.
This axle uses a 6mm hex key for installation and is compatible only with Fox 36 and 38 forks released since 2021. It is not compatible with Fox 32, 34, 36SL, 40 series, or earlier models of the 36 and 38 forks.
Installation requires a 6mm hex key, torque wrench with 6mm bit, waterproof grease, clean cloth, and isopropyl alcohol. For best results, install with the front wheel on the ground. The process includes loosening the pinch bolt, removing the existing axle, cleaning and greasing the interfaces, installing and torquing the new axle to 9 Nm, settling the fork to its lowest friction point, and finally tightening the pinch bolt to 5 Nm.
