The WTB CMR Light i30 Carbon Mountain Rear Wheel combines a lightweight 29-inch carbon rim with a 30mm internal width for modern mountain bike tires. Built for cross-country riding, the rim balances lateral stiffness for precise cornering with vertical compliance to take the edge off rough terrain. Its asymmetric profile, reinforced spoke beds, and 4D spoke drilling help distribute loads, while the hookless design and WTB TCS technology support reliable tubeless performance.
The Frequency 7X rear hub uses DLC-coated ratchets to reduce friction and wear, plus a splined inner ratchet interface designed for high torque loads and easier servicing. Large Enduro bearings and a fully sealed design support durability and longer service intervals. This 12x148mm rear wheel uses a CenterLock rotor mount and 24 Wing 21 spokes. Choose SRAM XDR or Shimano Micro Spline to match your drivetrain. The SRAM XDR version includes a 1.8mm spacer.
