Description
The Zipp 404 S A1 Front Wheel is a 700C (622) road wheel designed for speed and performance. It features a 50mm deep, mid-depth carbon rim with a 23mm internal width, built with a hookless Tubeless Straight Side (TSS) profile. This design improves aerodynamics while maintaining crosswind stability.
The wheel has 20 spokes arranged in a 2-cross pattern using Sapim CX-Sprint spokes and is built around Zipp 76 hubs with stainless steel cartridge bearings. It uses a 12mm thru-axle (100mm spacing) and is compatible with center-lock disc brakes. The wheel is tubeless-ready and comes with a Presta valve.
Weighing approximately 1585 grams, the 404 S A1 offers enhanced hub performance and aerodynamic efficiency compared to previous models. It comes with a lifetime warranty and crash replacement policy.
