Description
The Zipp 404 S A1 Rear Wheel is a 700C (622mm) road wheel designed for disc brakes with a Center Lock rotor mount. It features a 50mm deep, carbon fiber rim with a 23mm internal width and a hookless, tubeless straight side (TSS) design, compatible with tubeless tires only. The wheel has 20 spokes arranged in a 2-cross pattern using Sapim CX-Sprint spokes.
This rear wheel uses a 12mm thru-axle with 142mm spacing and a ZR700 hub compatible with Shimano HG 11-speed cassettes. The hub contains stainless steel cartridge bearings with 36 points of quick engagement. The wheel weighs 1585 grams and comes with a double wall carbon rim construction in black with white graphics.
Additional details include a Presta valve and rim strip width between 22 and 27.9mm. The Zipp 404 S A1 rear wheel includes a lifetime warranty and crash replacement policy. Skewer is not included.
