Description
The Zipp Super-9 Track B1 Rear Wheel is designed specifically for velodrome use with a 700C (622) diameter. It features a bolt-on axle and a fixed cassette body with ZR1 Track hub, spaced at 120mm. The carbon clincher rim has a small hook tire bead optimized for aerodynamic efficiency and uses a track-specific carbon laminate. The rim has an external width of 27.5mm and an internal width of 21mm, and it is tubeless ready. The wheel performs best with 23mm tires on the track and maintains a flat profile from the widest point to the hub. A proprietary textured surface enhances its design. The valve type is Presta, and the wheel weighs approximately 1000 grams. The rim strip width supports tires from 0 to 21.9mm. The wheel is finished in black and is intended for rear position use.
