The Continental Grand Prix 5000 tire is a high-performance road clincher designed for 700c wheels with a 30mm width. Featuring a folding bead and weighing 255 grams, this black tire is built for both regular and e-bike use, with an E50 rating to handle the additional forces from e-bike motors.
The tire includes a Vectran Breaker, a strong and flexible protective layer made from a liquid crystal-polymer yarn that offers superior cut resistance while keeping rolling resistance low. Active Comfort Technology (ACT) is integrated into the tire’s construction to absorb vibrations, providing a smoother, more comfortable ride.
