Description
This bundle includes two DT Swiss FR 541 tubeless-ready 29″ disc rims in silver, each with 32 spoke holes. These rims feature a welded aluminum construction with a hooked tubeless design and a rim width of 30mm (internal) and a depth of 21mm. They are designed specifically for disc brakes and compatible with Presta valves. The rims utilize DT Swiss’ patented Pro Head Reinforcement (PHR) system, which increases the load-bearing surface of the spoke nipples and reduces localized stress, improving durability. This system requires the included Squorx nipples and washers that come with the rims. The FR 541 rims offer a 17% increase in pinch flat resistance compared to the previous FR 560 model and are suitable for e-bikes. Each rim weighs approximately 605 grams and has a manufacturer-specified effective rim diameter (ERD) of 603mm. Red decals are installed on the rims, with additional gold, chrome, and black decal options included in the package.
