Description
The DT Swiss FR 571 is a 29-inch tubeless-ready disc rim designed for aggressive gravity riding, including downhill, freeride, and bike park use. It features a 30mm internal width that supports wide, high-volume tires for improved traction and control on rough terrain. Constructed from durable welded aluminum, the rim offers strength and impact resistance essential for demanding conditions.
The FR 571 includes the Pro Head Reinforcement (PHR) system, which increases the load-bearing surface of the spoke nipples and reduces localized stress. Precision machining ensures excellent roundness and spoke tension stability. It has 32 spoke holes and is drilled for a 32-spoke hub. The rim is compatible with disc brakes only and uses a Presta valve.
Weighing approximately 695 grams, the rim has a rim depth of 23mm and an effective rim diameter (ERD) of 599mm. It is approved for e-bike use up to 250W power. The rim comes in black and is made from alloy material.
