Description
The MRP SXg SL Chain Guide is designed for 34-38T chainrings and mounts using the ISCG-05 standard. It features a co-molded “HD2” upper guide with a softer interior to provide quiet chain guidance. The tracked and grooved interface between the upper guide and alloy backplate increases stiffness and simplifies installation. The lower guide uses Whippersnapper technology to retain the chain without moving parts or friction. An integrated skid protects the chainrings while allowing smooth movement over rocks and obstacles. Installation and adjustment require only a single 4mm hex key. The swingset hardware lets the guides rotate apart for easy chain installation. This chain guide is compatible with chain lines of 49mm and wider, including Boost 148, and works with 1×7, 1×9, 1×10, and 1×11 drivetrains. The backplate is made of alloy and the product comes in black.
