The RaceFace Era SL Rear Wheel is a 29-inch carbon wheel designed for mountain biking. It features a lightweight 385-gram carbon rim with a 22mm depth and 29mm internal width, accommodating tires up to 2.6 inches. The wheel is tubeless ready and comes with tape and valves included.
Built around the reliable Vault hub with 3 degrees of engagement and large-diameter bearings, this rear wheel offers smooth performance and durability. It has a 12 x 148mm thru-axle spacing and is compatible with SRAM XD cassette bodies. The 28 straight-pull spokes are laced in a 3-cross pattern using alloy nipples with a 3mm spoke offset.
The hub uses a 6-bolt disc brake mount system and features easily replaceable end caps for different axle standards. The wheel supports up to 140mm rear suspension travel. It comes in carbon black and is backed by a lifetime warranty, including crash coverage.
