Description
The Surly Sorceress is a 29-inch trail hardtail frame designed for riders who enjoy challenging and evolving trails. Made from steel, it features modern trail geometry built around a 140mm fork (not included) for a responsive ride. The rigid frame in Elderberry Tonic color has a 12mm thru-axle at the rear (148mm spacing) and is designed for disc brakes.
Surly’s patent-pending DUH dropout system offers flexibility, allowing you to set up the bike with a SRAM UDH hanger, a Full-Mount drivetrain, or switch to a slotted single-speed chip. The frame includes room for one water bottle in the small size. It provides inclusive standover clearance and accommodates dropper posts for riders starting at 4’9″ (146 cm) tall. The effective top tube length measures 590mm.
