The Stan’s Flow MK4 Wheel is a 29-inch rear wheel designed for heavy trail use. It features a durable 6069 aluminum rim with a welded joint and reinforced spoke bed, incorporating BST-Asymmetric Bead Socket Technology for improved dent resistance and tire bead retention. The rim is 30mm wide and 18.9mm deep, tubeless-ready, and finished in black.
This wheel uses a Bitex BX214R hub with steel axles and a 54 POE steel freehub, compatible with 8 to 11-speed HG drivetrains. It has 32 spokes made from double-butted DT Swiss Competition spokes, paired with brass DT Swiss Squorx nipples. The wheel is hand-laced and trued in the USA and has a 12×148 rear axle spacing with a 6-bolt brake mount. The total weight is 1065 grams.
