Description
The Wolf Tooth LoneWolf Aero Chainguide for Otso Cycles Waheela C Low Sweep is designed specifically to mount on the front derailleur mount of the Waheela C bike. It is not compatible with other models. This chainguide is made to prevent dropped chains on road, gravel, and cyclocross bikes equipped with 1x drivetrains. It works with both round and oval chainrings.
The low sweep version is suited for chainring sizes between 38 and 44 teeth. The chainguide features an 8mm head adjustment for chainline via the GuideLock quick adjustment system, eliminating the need for shims. This design offers a low-profile head that covers only the top and the inboard side of the chain, creating a lightweight and aerodynamic solution.
Developed in collaboration with Team Jumbo-Visma, the LoneWolf Aero Chainguide has been tested in major road races and has been part of victories in the 2023 Giro d’Italia, 2023 Tour de France, and Unbound Gravel events in 2023 and 2024. It provides reliable chain retention for competitive riding.
Weight for the low sweep mount is 30 grams. The base is made from 6061-T6 machined aluminum, the hardware is stainless steel, and the head is injection molded. This product holds US Patent 10464635.
