Description
This bundle includes two WTB KOM Light i25 rims, 29″ in size, designed for tubeless setup and disc brakes. Each rim features a lightweight alloy construction with an internal width of 25mm and a depth of 17.8mm. The rims incorporate WTB’s patented CVX technology, which strengthens the spoke bed by optimizing material placement and improving spoke nipple alignment, enhancing durability without adding weight.
The rims use the TCS 2.0 tubeless system, which provides an easy-to-mount and reliable seal. Each rim comes with a WTB Solid Strip that creates a smooth interface between tire and rim, protecting the tubeless system in case of a broken spoke. TCS tape must be applied over the Solid Strip to complete the tubeless setup.
Additional features include 4D angled spoke drilling, which reduces spoke binding and evenly distributes tension across the rim. The rims have 28 spoke holes, no eyelets, and are designed for Presta valves. They are black in color and compatible with 29″ tires. The effective rim diameter (ERD) is 603-606mm. These rims are suitable for daily trail use and built to withstand rigorous riding conditions.
