Description
The WTB KOM Light i30 Rim is a 29″ alloy rim designed for disc brakes and tubeless-ready tires. Made from durable AL6069 alloy, it is built to withstand daily trail use. The rim features WTB’s patented CVX technology, which strengthens the spoke bed by optimizing material placement and improving spoke and nipple alignment for increased durability and load distribution.
With 32 spoke holes and a 30mm internal width, this rim supports a reliable tubeless setup using the TCS 2.0 system. It includes a WTB Solid Strip to create a smooth surface between the tire and rim, protecting against punctures from broken spokes. TCS tape is required to complete the tubeless installation.
Additional features include 4D angled spoke drilling to reduce spoke binding and evenly distribute tension. The rim has a depth of 17.8mm, a 0mm center offset, and weighs 498 grams. It uses Presta valves and has an effective rim diameter (ERD) of 603mm. Its black finish complements a range of bike styles.
