Description
This bundle includes two WTB KOM Tough i35 rims, designed for 27.5″ wheels. These tubeless-ready rims feature a dual I-beam construction to enhance strength and stiffness, along with patented CVX technology that improves spoke and nipple alignment, increasing strength at the spoke holes without adding weight. The rims are made from aluminum alloy (AL 6069) for durability and reasonable weight.
Each rim has a 35mm internal width, no brake track (disc brake compatible only), and 32 spoke holes with 4D angled drilling to reduce spoke binding and evenly distribute tension. The rims use the TCS 2.0 tubeless system, which simplifies tire mounting and provides reliable air retention. They include the WTB Solid Strip, which creates a smooth surface between tire and rim and protects the tubeless system from punctures caused by broken spokes. TCS tape is required for tubeless setup and is applied over the Solid Strip.
